"We arrange the village better but its condition still looks dirty, thus role of urban village, RT/RW heads is very important to educate their citizens," he expressed.
Basuki asserted that he does not blame the local urban village or RT/RW head. This is because it is people habit that must be trained to create healthy and clean lifestyle. "This is a matter of habit. That's why there must be training and educational," he stressed.
